Todd Hunt

Todd teaches Saxophone, Clarinet, Bassoon, and Flute. He holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Louisville where he majored in saxophone and minored in bassoon. His saxophone studies were with R. Lee Patrick, and his bassoon instructors included Matthew Karr and Roger Soren, as well as studies with Dallas Tidwell on the clarinet. All of Todd's graduate work is in conducting, and now is a frequent performer around the state of Alaska.

Mr. Hunt organizes the annual Saxophone Showcase in Juneau every summer that features a large saxophone choir made up of anyone who wants to attend, as well as visiting professional saxophonists who mentor students and give lessons and masterclasses during their residency.

Todd Hunt teaches on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, or another day by special arrangement.
